Replacement Policy 

  • While we inspect every order before shipping & strive to provide only the best in quality, we recognize that sometimes errors occur. If you recently received an order with the wrong item or a defective item, we offer refunds or replacements at no shipping cost:
    • Simply initiate a return here within 3 days of receiving and select "Damaged or Defective Product" or "I was sent the wrong item/size" as the return reason to receive a full refund upon return.
    • If you'd prefer a replacement please email [email protected] with your order number.
    • For items purchased in a Clare V. store in person or over the phone please reach out to that store directly and they'll take care of you! 
  • Returns of defective or mis-shipped items not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.
  • In order to best assist with any order errors, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order.
