We proudly offer a guarantee that purchases from Clare V. online, Clare V. stores, or one of our authorized retailers meets our high standard of quality.

This guarantee is a two-year warranty for the structural function of our bags for anything that may be the result of a manufacturing defect. Cosmetic issues are not covered under our repair policy, and normal wear and tear issues are not covered.

All jewelry made by Clare V. has a one-year warranty. Cosmetic issues and normal patina with wear are not covered under our policy.

Clothing, Sample Sale purchases, Le Resale purchases, and retailer-exclusive or other resale site items are not covered under our warranty.

Third party purchases abide by the manufacturer's guarantee, if applicable. 

Proof of purchase is required for all items under warranty.

Eligible Clare V. products can be reviewed for repair in-store or online.
