It typically takes 3 to 5 business days for refunds to be processed once received at our warehouse, but please allow some extra time for the funds to reflect in your account due to bank processing times.

If your order was purchased partly with a gift card, the refund will go back on the same gift card before any other payment methods are refunded.  We apologize that this cannot be reversed.
