We proudly offer a guarantee that purchases from Clare V. meet our high standard of quality.

This guarantee is a two-year warranty for repairs of our leather goods for anything that may be the result of a manufacturing defect, and a one-year warranty for Clare V. jewelry.  Cosmetic issues are not covered under our repair policy, and normal wear and tear is to be expected.

Clothing, Sample Sale purchases, Le Resale purchases, and retailer-exclusive or other resale site purchases are not covered under our warranty.  Purchases of Clare V. items from other retailers may be referred to the retailer of purchase for assistance.  International orders are not repairable with Clare V., but we will assist with a comparable solution if within warranty.

Third party products abide by the manufacturer's guarantee, if applicable. 

Proof of purchase is required for all items under warranty.

Eligible Clare V. products can be reviewed for warranty inquiries in-store or online.
